As a Senior Product Manager at Hirelane, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and marketing teams to create a seamless user experience and ensure that our product aligns with our business goals. You will lead the product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building great products, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap and strategy

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create a seamless user experience

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions

• Define product requirements and lead the product development process

• Analyze and report on product performance metrics

• Communicate product updates and launches to internal and external stakeholders

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

• Mentor and coach junior product managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager

• Strong understanding of product development methodologies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions

• Proven track record of delivering successful product launches

$130,000 - $160,000 per year DOE
