Job description

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. As a member of our engineering team, you'll work on developing new features and improving existing ones on our innovative hiring platform. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our Lead Engineer and Product Manager to drive the development of the platform forward.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for Hirelane's hiring platform

• Improve existing features and optimize performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and design to deliver high-quality solutions

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer

• Strong proficiency with React, Node.js, and MongoDB

• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Salary

$150,000 - $200,000 per year DOE
