We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help drive growth and revenue for our hiring platform at Hirelane. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to generate leads, accelerate sales pipeline, and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to identify target audiences, create compelling content and offers, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and reporting. Responsibilities
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads, MQLs, and SQLs across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEM/SEO, events, webinars, and more
Build and maintain a comprehensive buyer persona database, and create personalized content and offers that resonate with each target segment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that align with business objectives, product launches, and industry trends
Manage end-to-end lead generation programs, including list acquisition, segmentation, nurturing, scoring, and reporting
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize tactics and channels, and provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools and technologies
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the SaaS or HR tech industry
Strong expertise in lead generation and nurturing tactics, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and events
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to improve results
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 per year DOE
